I also greatly admire the Banks Fry-Bake that functions like a famous wilderness use dutch oven without either the weight or bulk. This system is very lightweight in comparison with a cast iron dutch oven.
I recommend it for canoe or kayak camping trips or long voyages of canoe or kayak touring because the food can be exceptional. If the canoe or kayak sits on its designed waterline, weight is less important in a canoe or kayak than volume.
